“I love cheese and I think everyone should love cheese.” - Me
That’s why I started rating cheese on Instagram. And people liked it.
I created my own rating system, the Fromagiest Scale. It’s not a bad to good scale, the aim is to help people identify which score their tastes fall into and which of the cheeses I rate correspond to those tastes.
I choose the cheese, my wife photographs it, and then I rate it, edit the video and post. Fromagiest got a lot of media attention! My posts were highlighted on stories, I was asked to do collaborations and I was even contacted by Whole Foods! They loved what I was doing and sent me a box of gifts and a gift card so I could buy more cheese.

My goal was to help people discover all of the different cheeses this world has to offer and it worked! Unfortunately, I ran out of money and time, so if you want to see more just give me a salary 😜!
