I love cheese and in an effort to help other Americans learn more about all of the amazing cheeses out there I have taken it upon myself to eat and rate as much cheese as I possibly can. My wife takes the photos of the cheese, then I record and edit a 5-ish minute rating of each cheese which determines it’s scoring on my own Fromagiest Scale. It’s not a bad to good scale, it’s aim is to help people identify which score their tastes fall into and which cheeses correspond to those tastes.
